"Greek Inspired Recipe"

"Greek Inspired Recipe" (sorry no pics. just check out the vid!)
Ingredients:
Whole Chicken
Mixed Baby Potatoes
Fresh Rosemary
Hummus 
Pita Bread
Lemon 
Salt 
Pepper 
Butter
Romaine lettuce
Red Onion
Feta Cheese
Dried Cranberries 
Cucumber
Balsamic Vinaigrette 

Appetizer:
You can find hummus at your local grocery store or Greek food restaurant as well as the Pita bread. Just warm up the pita bread in the oven on 325' or 10 minutes and its ready to dip!

Salad:
First wash your Romaine lettuce then cut up your red onion and cumber, then add to lettuce. add dried cranberries and lots of feta cheese. Use Balsamic vinaigrette of your choice. Add salt and pepper.

Whole Chicken:
Season chicken with butter, fresh chopped rosemary, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Then put the chicken in the oven at 350' for 1 hour and 1/2. Your chicken will be crispy and juicy at the same time!

Potatoes:
Boil potatoes for 30-35 minutes on med to high heat. Then strain and lightly roast the potatoes in butter, salt, pepper, and fine chopped rosemary.
